Planning and timing
Do you plan weddings outside Udaipur?
Yes. Udaipur is home, but we plan weddings wherever you want to celebrate, and our core team and craftspeople travel with us.
How far ahead should we get in touch?
For full planning in wedding season (October to March), nine to twelve months gives you the best choice of venues and dates. Smaller weddings and off-season dates can come together in four to six months.
We already have a venue. Can you still help?
Yes. Partial planning picks up from wherever you are: we fill the gaps in vendors and design, then run the whole weekend on the ground.
What happens after we send an enquiry?
We reply within two working days with a few questions, then set up a consultation by video or in Udaipur. After that we send a written plan with venues, scope and fees before anything is booked.
Fees and budget
How are your fees worked out?
Fees are set by the number of functions, guests and the scope of planning, and agreed in writing before we begin. Vendors are billed at cost, with every receipt shared with you.
Can you work within a fixed budget?
Yes. We build the plan around the number you are comfortable with, show you where the money goes function by function, and flag trade-offs before they become surprises.
How do payments work?
A booking amount secures your dates, with the rest spread across the planning months and settled before the wedding week. The exact schedule is set out in your agreement.
Guests and travel
Do you look after our guests' travel and rooms?
Yes. Room blocks, airport and station pickups, transfers between venues and a guest desk at the hotel are all part of guest hospitality.
Many of our guests are flying in from abroad. Can you help?
We share travel notes, arrange arrivals at any hour and can point guests to visa and dress-code guidance for each function, so nobody feels lost.
How many guests do you plan for?
From intimate weddings of forty to weekends of several hundred. The approach stays the same: every guest looked after as if they were family.
Traditions and ceremonies
Can you plan interfaith or fusion weddings?
Yes. We design weekends that bring two traditions together, with priests, officiants and rituals arranged for both families.
Do you arrange the priest and ritual items?
Yes, if you would like us to. We work with priests your family trusts or introduce ones we know well, and prepare every item the ceremony needs.
Working together
Do we need to visit the venue before the wedding?
It helps but is not essential. We run video site visits, tastings and fittings, and plan one focused trip if you would like to come.
Who will be with us on the wedding weekend?
The same planners you worked with all along, supported by an on-ground team for every function, from the first guest arrival to the last departure.
